To ensure safety and convenience in transporting goods by truck, sShip has established the following standards:

- Issuing Value-Added Tax Invoices
sGlobal has been authorized by the General Department of Taxation to issue electronic invoices to customers (you can verify this on the General Department of Taxation’s website: http://tracuuhoadon.gdt.gov.vn/tbphc.html). Electronic invoices will be sent via email for customers to print and store as accounting documents.
sGlobal issues service invoices for the total transportation fee, including two invoices: a 10% VAT invoice for the technology usage and a direct invoice for the transportation service.
Customers who wish to receive an invoice should select “Request Transport Invoice” on the sShip Transport Technology App and the order website, and fill in the invoice information in the “Account” section on the order website www.sship.vn or contact sGlobal at 19002286, press 2 for support.
- Payment
For individual customers without a contract: Pay the entire transportation fee directly to the driver immediately after completing the order or transfer the entire transportation fee to sShip when placing the order.
For contracted customers: The transportation fee is divided into two payments within a month after your company receives the legal financial invoice and the cost settlement statement from sGlobal Joint Stock Company.
- Delivery and Pickup Time
For small truck transport services, sShip serves according to customer requirements and ensures order receipt within 30 minutes from the time the order is placed in the system and immediate transportation. If the order is not received within this time, customers should contact the sShip hotline: 1900-2286 for support. Delivery time is guaranteed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Orders for evening delivery must be placed in the system before 6:00 PM on the same day.
For medium, large, and container truck transport services, sShip serves according to customer requirements.
